Mechanism of the Buyback Program

The Token Buyback Program operates through a transparent and systematic process:

  • Revenue Allocation: Revenue Share from $SPARQ ecosystem is allocated specifically for the buyback program. This includes income from including but not limited to:

    • Game Sales and In-App Purchases: Revenue from the sale of games and virtual goods.

    • Advertising Revenue: Income generated from in-game advertising and partnerships.

    • Licensing Fees: Earnings from licensing agreements.

    • Incubator Program Returns: Profits shared from games developed through the decentralized game development incubator fund.

    • Defi Revenue: Rev from all defi activities will feed the buyback program

  • Market Operations: The allocated funds are used to purchase $SPARQ tokens from public exchanges at market prices. This process is conducted regularly and systematically to avoid market manipulation and ensure fairness.
